Depth Hypnosis is a modality of insight and wellbeing that deepens and strengthens your connection to yourself and helps you transform the way you relate to the past. It supports the integration of various parts of oneself, enabling you to to hold and reconcile personal paradoxes–to find wholeness amidst inner conflict.

Developed by Isa Gucciardi, PhD., it has roots in shamanism, Buddhism, transpersonal psychology, and hypnotherapy.

I offer one-to-one Depth Hypnosis sessions to individuals longing to:

• Reconnect with a stronger sense of wholeness and authenticity

• Connect more deeply with their inner world, wisdom, and strength

• Develop a clearer, wiser relationship to their emotions

• Experience a greater sense of inner alignment amidst paradoxes

• Transform the way they relate to past experiences

For new clients, a minimum of three sessions is required (which must be booked all together). This is due to the nature of the process, which entails the following:

Session 1

During the first session, we spend our time together going through what we call your ‘Emotional Biography’. I ask questions about your experiences in life, beginning from the time of your birth. This session can also include discussion about what you hope to work on through Depth Hypnosis.

Session 2

In the second session, we pick up on any key topics/questions from our first session (if required) and move through a process that will help you to connect to an inner guide or teacher. This teacher or guide will be a support for you in following sessions (and in your life more generally speaking).

Session 3

If you established a connection with a teacher or guide in the second session, we will proceed into a process that will delve into whatever challenge you are hoping to understand in a new way. I will intuitively use one of a variety of Depth Hypnosis techniques to best serve your process of growth and healing.

Note that if a connection with a teacher or guide was not established in session two, we will repeat the second session process in the third session.
